Their teams in Ohrid and Debar work hand-in-hand with their New York City office to coordinate support, marketing and information efforts.

For their office in Ohrid Slice seeks driven individuals to fill in the role of:

  • Senior Account Management Operations Manager
Job Description
  •  Responsible for improving operational efficiencies through streamlining operations for the Account Management team;
  • Work closely with the Head of Partner Operations to plan and execute on strategic initiatives for the Account Management team;
  • Develop, coach, and train the Account Management leadership team;
  • Establish and track performance goals for each team;
  • Set up and track reporting on all key metrics to empower teams and measure operational performance;
  • Monitor and oversee workload capacity of each team member and allocate resources accordingly;
  • Optimize the workflows of each team to drive productivity and reduce costs;
  • Responsible for driving and reporting on operations data ensure department is meeting pre-established targets and take necessary steps when targets are not being met. Recommend measures to improve service methods, working conditions, and increased efficiencies;
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify the needs of the partner operations teams and prioritize enhancements or fixes;
  • Represent the Partner Operations team in cross functional efforts by providing updates on progress and communicating any team needs;
  • Communicate effectively at all levels in the organization in order to foster a collaborative work environment;
  • Promote company initiatives and encourage team involvement and communication between the Ohrid, Diber, Belfast and NYC offices;
  • Continuously analyze and suggest improvements to existing processes, workflow, and management initiatives;
  • Supports the recruitment and interview process of new hires.
Qualifications
  • College Degree;
  • 2 or more years of management experience in sales and/or operations;
  • Strong written and verbal English skills;
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office, Google) with the ability to quickly learn new software.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience managing large teams;
  • Passion for operations, sales, cross functional support, and workflow management;
  • A deep understanding of the U.S culture and work practices would be an advantage.
