• HEAD OF HR

Опис на работното место

• Work closely, coordinate, and communicate with offices in New York, Debar, and Ohrid;
• Create, maintain, and improve a recruiting, hiring, and training process to grow the Slice team in Macedonia.

Потребни квалификации

• Experience in Human Resources supervisory responsibilities;
• Team structure, and team size will be determined by the individual we hire for the position;
• A deep understanding of the U.S. culture and work practices;
• Knowledge and proficiency of the English language at a very high level;
• Basic knowledge of Excel and HR software;
• High level position in an English speaking HR role for a Tech company will be considered as an asset.

• Highly developed communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
• Trustworthy, commitment and professional.
