Based in the heart of New York City, Slice connects the proud pizza makers with customers who are just as passionate about their pizza. In Macedonia, the Slice team is in direct contact with their U.S. partners and customers on a daily basis. Their teams in Ohrid and Debar work hand-in-hand with their New York City office to coordinate support, marketing and information efforts.

For their office in Debar Slice seeks driven individuals to fill in the role of:

  • Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for analyzing and implementing operational workflow optimization strategies in coordination with the current Operations Leadership team. The operations manager will be the standard setter for workflows to ensure that the restaurant partners’ information is accurately represented across the Slice platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the data entry and workflow management processes and provide recommendations to the Partner Operations management team on best practices to optimize our restaurant partners’ online information;
  • Work closely with the leadership team to execute on management strategic initiatives, test programs, and process improvements;
  • Keep pace with American food culture, restaurant network developments, Slice product developments and competitor trends and developments;
  • Audit and analyze the front-end platforms to spot any potential changes that could impact order conversion rate;
  • Monitor the data entry workflow and identify any risks, breakdowns, or opportunities for improvement;
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of Slice’s business model and future growth plans;
  • Educate the team about Slice products, features and company vision;
  • Complete and update tickets assigned to you or your team;
  • Demonstrate the value of Slice to our partners every day by providing amazing support.
Потребни квалификации
  • College Degree;
  • 2 or more years of management experience in operations;
  • Experience managing large teams;
  • Passion for operations, cross functional support, and workflow management;
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office, Google) with the ability to quickly learn new software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Clear understanding of how to make data driven decisions;
  • Ability to problem solve and handle tough situations;
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, managers and department heads;
  • Positive and friendly day-to-day mindset.
