JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Customer care support;
  • Answer to customer needs via phone, e-mail, or social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • C1 level of German, French and Arabic;
  • C1 level of English language
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
