Experienced Software Architect

A range of products focused on technological implementation, security, analysis and management of large data flows.

For our Branch in Skopje (MK) we are looking for an Experienced Software Architect, who will work on strategic and innovative projects about mobile TLC and others. We work using our Alosys agile methodology.

The Software Architect will have the opportunity to see a huge quantity of innovative and technological projects, oriented to the TLC market.  The Software Architect will be responsible to analyze and design solutions that meet the Client’ business needs, respecting the assigned cost budget. Furthermore he/she will define the technical specifications that programs must have and carries out the logical design of the individual software components.

Responsibilities:

• Draw up and formalize proposals for improving the company’s software architecture;
• Analyzing and interpreting the company’s explicit and latent needs;
• Assessing the feasibility of IT solutions from a technological and economic point of view;
• Creation of software architecture concepts in the web and application area;
• Interact efficiently and effectively with stakeholders in the company to achieve successful implementation (from unit level to product release);
• Participate in defining, refining, and communicating software requirements;
• Creating innovative solutions and new functions for clients addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design;
• Participate in all aspects of software development and provide expertise on both the front end and back end;
• Estimate time frames for work completion;
• Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within well-understood time frames;
• Creates technical documentation;
• Define aspects of the software and technology development cycle in accordance with the required standards;
• Design the architecture of new systems;
• Design the control processes of the information infrastructure;
• Correct any software-related problems.

Required qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in the role;
• Fluid in spoken and written English;
• A solid experience to work in Agile methodology;
• Knowledge in Java;
• Knowledge in building UI interface (JavaScript, React / Angular, HTML5, CSS);
• Knowledge with data management, database design, and database concepts;
• Knowledge working with SQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL…);
• Knowledge working with NoSQL Databases (MongoDB);
• Responsibility towards finishing defined deadlines;
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and their performance.
