On behalf of our client, professional online gambling platform, DEKRA is looking for:

   HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Hiring, training and supervising team members;
  • Managing a team of 4/5 customer support agents to begin with;
  • Monitoring day-to-day department operations (schedules etc.);
  • Reporting to management and managing support KPIs;
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all complaints;
  • Managing a large number of customer accounts professionally;
  • Daily communication with CRM-Marketing department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years experience as a customer support agent, prefeable with iGaming experience;
  • Familiar with CRM softwares;
  • Basic computer& administrative skills;
  • Good time management and organizational skills;
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability;
  • A desire to learn and develop personally;
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment;
  • Ability to work in shifts.
