  • Psychometric testing to support the selection process by testing candidates’ personality and intellectual efficiency.

  • Behavioral interview including assessment of candidates’ past and current experience, competencies relevant for the job, motivation, values, work case/scenario based on the selection criteria for the specific position(s).

  • References check.
