ADMINISTRATIVE PERSON IN FINANCE DEPARTMENT- PART- TIME EMPLOYMENT

On behalf of our client DB Schenker, a division of the German railway operator Deutsche Bahn that focuses on logistics which consists of air, ground, sea freight and contract logistics divisions, DEKRA is looking for:

• Administrative person in Finance department – Part-time employment

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Archiving of documents;
• Processing documentation (electronical and paper) between departments;
• Booking of bank statement (incoming payments) ;
• Dunning procedure (automatically in SAP);
• Reconciliation statement of accounts with customers (Account receivables).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience is not required;
• Knowledge of English language;
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel);
• Faculty of economics (but it is not must) we can accept person with other profile or lower education level if points 2 and 3 given above are fulfilled.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Team oriented person;
• Strong commitment to work and meeting deadlines;
• Good communicational skills.
