On behalf of our client SPARK UP Digital, a Marketing & Consulting Agency focused on iGaming industry and located in the heart of the city with cool vibe and generally friendly working place, DEKRA is looking for:
- CRM Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create, execute and optimize CRM campaigns from scratich using all channels, such as Email, SMS, Push, recorded calls and more;
- Create and execute automated customers journeys;
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for growth;
- Manage and maintain customer data(creating and crediting bonuses);
- Collaborate with sport manager and design team to create campaigns for customers across multiple channels.
QUALIFICATION:
- 1 year experience in CRM, Marketing or a related field;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communications and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in CRM tools;
- Knowledge of email marketing/ email campaigns.
