On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

• CRM Marketing Executive

JOB DESCPRITION:

Marketing Activities

• Assist with the delivery of the marketing plan which includes working with third parties for services;
• Contribute ideas and deliver internal and external marketing campaigns, using different techniques and track their success throughout the year;
• Writing and deliver content used for customer communications and on site;
• Maintain and update website copy;
• Run on site tournaments;
• Activate game content on site;
• Managing social media campaigns;
• Write and create case studies, working with the project and account management.

Reporting

• Support in setting marketing goals based on past performance and forecasts;
• Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to inform marketing strategies;
• Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on findings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good understanding of marketing principles;
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines;
• Well-organised;
• Exquisite communication and people skills;Excellent written and oral skills;
• Great interpersonal skills;
• Excellent copywriting skills;
• Excellent knowledge of casino campaigns;
• Understanding of wagering, RTP and bonus rules;
• Email build and send knowledge.
