On behalf of our client Rhino Entertainment an iGaming company based in Malta, DEKRA is looking for:
- Customer Support Specialist
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer communication via Chat and Email;
- Provide online technical customer support;
- Carry out basic KYC/registration checks;
- Efficiently reply to Casino queries and escalate cases when necessary;
- Manual bonuses and/or free spins crediting;
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers;
- Report and update the relevant instances regarding recurring customer issues.
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Previous experience from a customer-facing or customer service Role would be an advantage;
- Experience from the iGaming industry will be considered an asset;
- Applicants with written German language skills would be desirable.
