On behalf of our client OKTA AD – Skopje, member of HELLENiQ Energy Group – one of the leading energy groups in South East Europe and largest supplier of fuels in the country, which offers top innovative and competitive energy products and services, DEKRA is looking for:

  • Risk Officer

JOB DESCPRITION:

  • Insurance that the company adheres to all the legal standards as well as internal policies and procedures;
  • Monitoring of the compliance of the Company with the North Macedonian laws and regulations applicable to its business;
  • Monitoring of the compliance of the Company with its internal policies and procedures;
  • Management, supervision and custodian of risk assessment systems, being the liaison to the relevant Group function;
  • Liaising with the relevant internal functions/ departments and external advisors of the Company in relation to performing risk assessments;
  • Reporting to the management any violations or compliance issues, providing recommendations and opinions for improvement of the internal control functions for risk management and observance of the applicable laws and internal rules;
  • Periodical revision of procedures and providing proposals to the Company’s management on the design/improvement and implementation of efficient company policies, procedures in accordance with the Group Policies and the applicable laws;
  • Participation in teams assigned by management aimed for removal of identified incompliances;
  • Identification of necessary trainings and participation in the awareness raising/trainings of personnel involved in processing operations and relevant compliance reviews performed;
  • Performance of the role of company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO);
  • Being the recipient of cases of an employee’s COI, tasked to be directly involved together with the CEO to suggest the proper action to initiator;
  • Being the recipient of cases of internal suspicious activity (SAF), tasked of preparing a SAF report to be submitted to the country CEO and the group compliance manager;
  • Monitoring and notification to the company any upcoming major amendments in the legal framework applicable to the Company’s operations;
  • Performance of other work tasks in the field of professional qualification given by the superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree, Bachelor degree in law or similar related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the industry’s regulations and best practices, would be considered an advantage;
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of reporting operations and procedures;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
  • Excellent knowledge of business English.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver;
  • Result oriented;
  • Decision making skills;
  • Professionalism and high ethical standard.
