Software Analyst

On behalf of our client Viva Fresh, the largest retail network in Kosovo, currently expanding their business in North Macedonia, DEKRA is looking for:

• Software Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain, manage, and modify all software systems, tools, and applications;
• Be the interface between end-users and software consultants;
• Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs;
• Responsible for producing ad-hoc SQL/Database queries;
• Provide regular progress reports and updates on tasks and job estimates to supervisor and project management as necessary;
• Provide post-implementation support;
• Responsible for the creation or review of user documentation for assigned projects.

QUALIFICTIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a similar field;

• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications, Windows, MS SQL – for developing ad-hoc queries;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis ( preferable: CFMA);
• Fluent in English.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Collaborative skills: to be able to work collaboratively with a highly talented cross-functional team to deliver scalable solutions;
• Troubleshooting skills: It is necessary to be able to test and troubleshoot complex software applications;
• Communication skills: to be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
