Junior Designer

On behalf of our client, Viva Fresh, a largest retail network in the country with over 113 stores in 32 cities of Kosovo, with over 5000 employees and the largest logistics center in the region, DEKRA is looking for its subsidy in RNM:

• Junior Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives;
• Assist in the creation of visual assets for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, and email newsletters;
• Support the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters;
• Contribute to the development of in-store signage and displays to enhance the retail experience for customers;
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visual content remains fresh and relevant.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field;
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• A portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Previous experience or internships in a design-related role is a plus.
