Junior Payment executive

Betti Casino is built on years of online gambling experience. The Betti team consists of industry veterans and passionate casino enthusiasts. On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

• Junior Payment executive

JOB DESCPRITION:

• Managing daily transaction flow which includes checking deposit, raise any technical issues and failure reactivation towards the end-client;
• Technical payment setting real time from the back office to help first time user conversion into paying customers;
• Payment monitoring and raise any technical difficulties;
• Help in player withdrawal processing, know your customer requests and account risk assessment;
• Work alongside the PRF team to improve our product, procedures and user experience;
• Other adhoc duties as assigned that touch Payments and risk based on skill development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably 2 years + working within I gaming industry or Payments/Risk role;
• Self-driven and manage work;
• Willingness to learn and improve;
• High interest in the online gambling industry.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Working time: Full time: 13:00-22:00/ Saturday- Wednesday or Friday – Tuesday

Part time: 11:00 – 23:00/ Saturday and Sunday weekly
