Senior Front-end Developer

On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

• Senior Front-end Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build front-end applications based upon UI/UX wireframes;
• Collaborate with Tech Lead, Product Managers, UX Designers and Backend Developers to deliver scalable and easy to use applications using the latest React framework.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use;
• Write clean code and maintain unit and functional tests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
• 6+ years of experience building large-scale server-based web applications;
• Strong experience in React;
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux, Mobx);
• Expert in JavaScript, jQuery and ES6;
• Expert in HTML and CSS;
• Expert in REST software architecture style;
• Experience with git source control and working with APIs;
• Solid understanding of NPM, Babel, Webpack and Git;
• Proficiency writing unit and integration tests;
• Excellent troubleshooting skills;
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

Preferred:

• Experience building JavaScript/CSS Frameworks or shared component libraries used in large scale production websites;
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies ;
• Knowledge of building NPM packages;
• Experience in Storybook;
• Experience with SaaS;
• Experience working with WebSocket;
• Experience in PHP;
• Experience with Azure;
• Mentoring skills.
